Your first visit, step by step
No surprises. Here is what happens, in the order it happens.
-
Tell us about you
Fill in the new patient form online or on arrival. We ask about your health, medications and anything that worries you about the dentist.
-
A thorough, unhurried check
Your dentist examines your teeth, gums and jaw, takes any x-rays that are needed, and talks you through what they see on the screen.
-
A plan in plain English
If anything needs doing, you leave with a written plan, item numbers and prices, and no pressure to decide on the spot.
Dentistry that treats you like an adult
Most people who avoid the dentist are not scared of the drill. They are scared of being judged, surprised by a bill, or talked into something. We built the practice around removing those three things.
-
We explain before we do
Every x-ray and photo goes on the screen in front of you. You will never be told you need something without seeing why.
-
Nervous patients welcome
Tell us and we slow down: longer appointments, numbing gel before every injection, a hand signal to pause, and sedation when it helps.
-
Fees you can see coming
Written quotes with item numbers before treatment, health fund claims on the spot, and interest-free plans for bigger work.
-
One place for the whole family
From a toddler’s first visit to implants and wisdom teeth. Book the kids and yourself back to back on a Saturday.

What patients say
- Priya S. 2 months ago★★★★★
I had not been to a dentist in eight years and was dreading it. Nobody lectured me. Dr Lin explained every step before she did it, and I left with a plan and no shame.
- Daniel R. 3 weeks ago★★★★★
Our two kids actually ask when their next check-up is. The staff are patient, the rooms are bright, and the Saturday appointments mean no one misses school.
- Mei-Ling C. 5 months ago★★★★★
Cracked a molar on a Friday night, called the after-hours line, and was in the chair at 8 the next morning. Fixed properly, fair price, no fuss.
We keep time free every day for emergencies.
Call us. Before 10am we can almost always see you today; later in the day we will fit you in or see you first thing tomorrow.
After hours: (555) 014-2201. Outside opening hours, call the after-hours line. You will reach the on-call dentist, who can advise over the phone and arrange to see you first thing.
What counts as an emergency
- Toothache that keeps you up at night or will not settle with pain relief
- A knocked-out, loosened or broken tooth
- Swelling of the face, gums or jaw
- Bleeding that will not stop after an extraction
- A lost crown or filling that is leaving a sharp edge or a sensitive tooth
Knocked-out adult tooth? Hold it by the crown, not the root, rinse briefly in milk, and keep it in milk or in your cheek. Call us straight away. The first hour matters.
